Finance Committee
Currently the Finance Committee has no special projects and has not been meeting. If a project task develops, we will request volunteers.
Policies:
All membership checks and payments for SBOA events should be hand-delivered at meetings or mailed to the SBOA Treasurer. SBOA cannot be held responsible nor liable for payments or bills given to other members or non-members without the treasurer's knowledge. We are a volunteer organization. Please allow some processing time once we receive your payments or correspondence. We do our best to be timely with all correspondence.
If payments are mailed to the SBOA Post Office Box you may need to allow an extra bit of time for payment processing. Again, we'll get to it as quickly as feasible.
Occasionally, the Treasurer may appoint an additional leadership group memeber to receive payments for certain heavily attended events. If you have any questions on these policies, please contact the Treasurer using the contact information on the Leadership Group page.
